Evidence Toolbox is created and maintained by Glenside Digital LLC, an independent software studio based in Pennsylvania. We’d love to hear from you — and different kinds of messages help in different ways:
- Bug reports. If a tool misbehaves, tell us what you searched, what you expected, and what happened. Because we don’t store your inputs, we can only reproduce a problem if you describe it.
- Tool suggestions. If a genealogy task you do regularly is tedious, error-prone, or impossible with existing tools, we want to know. Several projects on our roadmap started as user suggestions.
- Feedback on articles and guides. Corrections, counterexamples, and “this helped with my research” notes are all useful.
- General questions about the site, the tools, or how they handle your data.
